36th Music Festival: Trio Mirages
Concert for Flute, Cello and Harp
The Trio Mirages is a chamber ensemble formed by Claudia Piga (flute), Marta Premoli (cello), and Morgana Rudan (harp). The trio was established in 2021 at the "Achille Peri" Higher Institute of Musical Studies in Reggio Emilia, under the guidance of Maestro Simone Gramaglia.
Trio Mirages is known for its exploration of 20th-century French repertoire, with a particular focus on the timbral richness and refined compositional style of composers such as Debussy, Ravel, Jolivet, and Damase.
In 2025, the Trio released their debut album, Musique d’un Passé Proche, under the Da Vinci Classics label. The album features works by Jacques Ibert, Jean Françaix, André Jolivet, Henri Martelli, and Jean-Michel Damase, offering a journey through 20th-century French music.
They have taken part in masterclasses with Maestro Gramaglia at the International Philharmonic Academy of the Mediterranean in Trani and at the “Marco Allegri” Music Course at the G. Sarti Municipal Music School in Faenza, refining their chamber music skills.
Trio Mirages has performed in several concert series, including the Musical Youth season in Camerino and MusicaCantoParola in Modena, presenting programs that range from melodic and dreamy atmospheres to dynamic and rhythmic passages, always tied together by the charm of French music.
With their unique combination of flute, cello, and harp, Trio Mirages continues to explore new musical horizons, enriching the contemporary chamber scene with refined and innovative interpretations.
