Walk - Nature Trail - The WWF Oasis of Valtrigona

<p>Valtrigona is the first WWF Oasis with alpine characteristics and therefore assumes a significant importance in the system of protected areas managed by the Association in Italy.</p>

<p>The <strong>WWF Oasis of Valtrigona</strong>, with its <strong>Nature Trail</strong>, offers a journey through the montane, subalpine, and alpine zones of a valley in the Lagorai, one of the areas of greatest naturalness in the Italian Alps. The trail helps the visitor to interpret the various components of this small but significant ecological mosaic.</p> <p>The Nature Trail is a route that allows you to reach the <strong>WWF Oasis of Valtrigona</strong>, the <strong>visitor center</strong>, and the <strong>mountain huts</strong>, up to Forcella Valtrigona. During the summer period, a caretaker is usually present who can provide valuable information about the environment, flora, and fauna of the Oasis. The biodiversity of the area allows you to appreciate many animal species and plants.</p> <p>Once you reach <strong>Forcella Valtrigona</strong>, you can continue to the splendid pastoral setting of Malga d'Ezze and, continuing further, to the picturesque <strong>Lago d'Ezze</strong>.</p>
