<p>Charming and scenic circular path, a series of steps and terraces help you conquer part of the <strong>Ciolino Hill</strong> until you reach behind <strong>Castel Telvana</strong>. Just follow the signs with <strong>"Giro al Castello"</strong>. Once in the area behind the Castle, following the signs <strong>"to the castle gardens"</strong>, you can reach the terraces located beneath the Castle and the Gasperetti Tower. To return to the path, follow the same route.</p>
<p>During the <strong>Third Risorgimento War</strong>, in the summer of 1866, the <strong>Kingdom of Italy</strong> attacked the <strong>Austrian Empire</strong> in Trentino, trying to carry out a pincer movement. <strong>Garibaldi</strong> was struggling to open a way through the Giudicarie valleys, while from the Bassano area a column of 15,000 infantry and sharpshooters of General Medici climbed the Valsugana towards Trento. On the afternoon of July 23, the Italians reached the gates of <strong>Borgo</strong>...</p>
