Trekking Cima d'Ezze - New "Delio Pace" path
Very panoramic trekking to Cima d'Ezze "Delio Pace path partly equipped"
The new Delio Pace path (500 m of elevation gain for 3 hours from the Sette Selle hut) now has renewed signage and some "critical" passages have been equipped with brackets (route E340A). It partly develops over the old military walkways of the Great War that run along the passes and steep ridges of Cima d'Ezze up to Monte Slimber. At the Forcella d'Ezze you can see numerous remains of the First World War, which have been part of a partial and recent restoration project. The route does not present particular difficulties but some slightly exposed sections require sure footing and a lack of vertigo.
