Stage 2 Dolomiti Trek King Short Experience - In the realm of Conturina

A short version of the Dolomiti Trek King, sleeping in mountain refuge and walking for four days on high altitude trails into the heart of the Dolomites. The second stage will take you from Fedaia Pass to Contrin Refuge.

From Fedaia Pass, near the Marmolada "E. Castiglioni" Refuge, take path no. 605 that, after a first turn, goes straight to the west. Follow the easy mule road that leads to the hotel Villetta Maria, at "Pian Trevisan". From here, staying on path no. 605, go towards Penìa di Canazei. Go on along the dirt road that  often comes across the state road of Fedaia. Finally, enter the wood and walk along a longer stretch to take the path no. 602/A that joins the dirt road (path no. 602) that, from Alba di Canazei, goes up along the Val Contrin, to the namesake refuge, where the overnight stay is scheduled.
