SAT / E136 - Serrada - Forte Dosso delle Somme - Passo Coe
Route that from the village of Serrada climbs the Martinella hill and, passing by the Forte Dosso delle Somme, a witness of the Great War 1914-1918, follows the ridges with the destination point at the Crocicchio dei Camini, near Passo Coe. It offers wide views of the Pasubio massif and the upper Val di Terragnòlo.

The markers of path 136 start from the square of the village of Serrada; you follow the steep lane that crosses the locality "Schirni" and, after passing the last houses, you reach a wooden crucifix. You continue eastward, now on a mule track, which for a long stretch runs in a comfortable groove parallel to the ski slope. At about 1320 m, turn right and, gaining altitude in the woods, you reach the locality of Valletta, where you intersect the former military road that climbs to Forte Dosso delle Somme.

After crossing the road, climb the opposite slope and, continuing uphill, follow a beautiful belt of forest and higher up walk beside the Martinella ski slope. From here, heading to the arrival station of the cable car of the same name (also operating in summer), you reach the Baita Tonda refuge. After leaving the summit, continue southeastward over open terrain, descend to the saddle between Dosso della Martinella and Dosso delle Somme. Having reached the lowest point, regain altitude, join the road that climbs to the Fort and, after a short stretch of dirt road, reach the ruins of the fortress. The panoramic views of the Pasubio massif and the surrounding range of peaks reward your effort. Around the fort's ruins, continue eastward and, staying on the watershed, pass two hills (on the last of which arrives a chairlift that climbs from Fondo Piccolo) beyond which, with a short steep descent, you arrive at a saddle called "Cargadóre". Now turn left on a dirt road, cross a ski slope, then leave a fork to the right to Monte Maggio and, shortly after, pass in front of the "Monument to Brotherhood", a recent structure built in 2010 in memory of the people of Folgaria fallen in various wars. From here shortly you reach the Folgarìa-Passo Coe-Veneto Road, near the "Bus de la Nef de le Cóe." Passo Coe is a few hundred meters further uphill.
