Route no. 6 Campo Carlo Magno - Vaglianella Loop - Snowshoeing Itinerary
<p>Pleasant winter snowshoe hike of medium difficulty that runs along the cross-country ski trails of Campo Carlo Magno up to Malga Mondifrà and Malga Vaglianella.</p>
<p>The hike takes place on a snow-covered trail across the wide plateau of Campo Carlo Magno; the first part of the route, near the cross-country ski trails, passes through an open environment, mostly outside the forest and well exposed to the sun throughout the day. After passing Malga Mondifrà, you enter a dense and scenic conifer forest dominated by Norway spruce alternating with white spruces and larches. Upon reaching Malga Vaglianella, descend through the forest along a circular path that returns to the starting point.</p> <p>Malga Mondifrà is a charming place where it is recommended to stop for a peaceful break. The malga is an excellent refreshment point where you can enjoy a hot drink or savor typical mountain traditional dishes.</p>
