Following the traces of the Giro d'Italia, a legendary climb that has been part of cycling history and a classic of roadbike riding to test yourself: Passo Manghen
This route, tackled several times in various editions of the Giro d’Italia, climbs steadily and without excessive gradients. Upon reaching the village of Telve, the road runs along the left orographic side of the Maso stream and in the first section crosses dense fir forests up to the Baessa locality. The most demanding sections are at km 20 and km 22: here the slope approaches 14%. However, at this point you certainly cannot give up: at km 23.7, after yet another effort, a sudden rise signals that the climb is over: Manghen is conquered!
