The path is for the most part within the woods, without any particular difficulty. starting from the centre of Pomarolo, it reaches the high-altitude meadows along evocative and little-trodden paths.
Starting from the car park near the parish church of S. Cristoforo, walk through the historic centre of the village, then along mule tracks and clearly visible paths to the meadows of Malga Cimana. Along the route, you will encounter numerous testimonies of the ancient silvopastoral management practices of the mountain. It is possible to complete the route with a ring-route descending from the Cimana di Pomarolo Nord Est itinerary.
