From Canazei to Penìa, following the Ladin climbing crags
A loop along the right and left banks of the Avisio River, through wide open spaces and over wooden bridges. A gentle walk from Canazei to Alba and Penìa, on the edge of Val di Fassa.

A loop on the right and left bank of the Avisio between wide open spaces and wooden bridges that cross the river. A gentle walk that leads straight to the borders of Val di Fassa. Penìa, a small village that was a grazing place for a long time, is in fact the last inhabited center before Passo Fedaia and Marmolada. Penìa derives from the slope on which it stands but, jokingly, tradition says "Penìa, che più en ite no l’é nia", meaning "Penìa, beyond it’s nothing more to be found". A route truly suitable for the whole family because, depending on the season, it allows stops and refreshment points, playgrounds and entertainment areas, and even a sandy beach, in Alba, to enjoy moments of relaxation. Not to forget, really just a few meters from the path, the surprise of a small climbing crag where it is possible to climb without too much difficulty and also a cave that can ignite the imagination of the most attentive rock adventurers.
