Discovering the Park
The route develops within the Stelvio National Park among traditional farms, pristine landscapes, and wide panoramas.
<p>Easy-medium difficulty snowshoeing along marked trails with specific signs showing a snowshoe.<br/>This itinerary in the <strong><a href="https://www.visitvaldisole.it/it/parco-nazionale-dello-stelvio">Stelvio National Park</a></strong> is very pleasant both for the beautiful views it offers and because it crosses areas mostly exposed to the sun. Throughout the snowshoeing you will accompany yourself with several masi, traditional Tyrolean farm buildings once used as haylofts, and spectacular views of Val di Peio and the peaks surrounding Val di Sole.<br/>It is not unusual to encounter wild animals on the route. Therefore, we recommend not leaving the path and, if you see animals, do not run towards them, do not shout, and avoid sudden movements that could scare them. Take advantage of the opportunity: stop, observe them in their habitat, take pictures if you wish, but with maximum discretion, in full respect of the peace of the forest.</p>
