A circular route in the Madonna della Neve basin
The itinerary connects some of the most interesting points in Madonna della Neve, starting with the historic Church dating back to 1600. From here the route continues under the shade of majestic beeches and larches until it emerges in the meadows beyond the Rii Valley. With a small detour, it is possible to admire the impressive collapse of the Bus del Pensa, which plunges steeply into the Aviana valley. From Passo della Cola you can enjoy evocative views of the Adige Valley and the Lessini Plateau. On the return route towards Madonna della Neve, meadows and beech woods are crossed where, with a bit of luck, it is possible to observe local wildlife such as hares, roe deer, and squirrels.
