Circular route at Saccone
<p>A circular walk around Saccone. Once you reach the locality Pozze, it is possible to shorten the route by returning directly to Saccone.</p>
<p>The walk crosses several environments of the mid-mountain, from cultivated terraces to coppice woods to pastures. Along the route you will encounter various testimonies of the Great War front, which saw the presence of Italian units in this area. These troops were engaged in decisive actions during the conflict, such as opposing the Austro-Hungarian Spring Offensive of May 1916, carried out through observation and directing artillery fire against the attackers who were trying to conquer Monte Zugna, located on the other side of the Adige valley.</p>
