7 - Paradiso route
The pasture area of Monte Cornetto (1610 m altitude) was once known as Malga Cornetto di fuori. Paradiso is a name dating back to the 1960s, when the large pasture area was turned into Folgaria's main ski area, reachable by a cable car that connected it directly to the town. It is a starting and return point for the traditional route to Bècco di Filadonna (SAT 425).

The route leading to Paradiso starts from Folgaria West (1170 m) and climbs the left orographic side of the deep and wild Val di Gola, following what was once a military road from the Great War, specifically built in 1915-1916 to allow Crown Prince Carlo of Habsburg to safely follow the great May 1916 Offensive from secure positions. Today the road, partly collapsed and turned into a path, allows you to reach the pasture area of Monte Cornetto offering stunning views of Val Lagarina, the below Castel Beseno, the spires of Monte Spizzom (where eagles nest), and naturally Val Gola.
