29 - Telder Route
In Slambrot, the local version of Cimbrian-German spoken by the ancestors of Alpe Cimbra, the term Telder means 'valleys, small valleys'. In fact, the route leads through a beautiful coppice forest (mixed broadleaf and coniferous) crossed by various watercourses, streams, and brooks. Its destination is the old Cimbrian farmstead of Tézzeli, the 'village of shepherds'.
This is an easy route, suitable for everyone, including families with children aged 6 and over, leading into the beautiful forested area that separates the village of San Sebastiano from the village of Tézzeli. Emerging from the very nice forest, the panorama opens up onto the upper Astico valley and the Cherle hill, on whose summit are the remains of the homonymous Austro-Hungarian fortress. In Tézzeli, admire, on Casa Muraro, the painting of the shepherds and the seasonal migrations.
