29 June: Sega di Ala – Faggio della Regina

An easy route through the Lessinia pastures, leading to the majestic Faggio della Regina: a monumental tree almost 300 years old. Among the tree’s foliage, we will stop to read one of our stories of the forest, and then return to the starting point via a little road and enjoy a tasty snack.

28 July: Sega di Terragnolo – Ciliegi del Pinterreno

The route initially develops along the Leno stream, in a truly suggestive atmosphere accompanied by the sound of flowing water. We then continue along an uphill path immersed in the beech forest, until we reach the meadows of Pinterreno. Break under the cherry trees for a picnic snack and to read one of our stories of the forest and return to the starting point along a convenient secondary asphalted road.

9 August: San Giacomo Wood

The circular route develops between the narrow streets and paths that surround the hamlet of San Giacomo, crossing hay meadows and beech woods. We will stop halfway along the route to read one of our tales of the forest and conclude with a picnic snack in San Giacomo Park.

23 August: Sega di Ala bassa – Malga Riondera Meadows

The walk takes us to the meadows around Malga Riondera in the municipality of Ala, where a huge, centuries-old tree shelters us from the sun with its thick foliage, an ideal place for a story about the history of the place. Afterwards, a snack will be offered near the ancient Malga Riondera.
