The "Palio dei Musati" Festival – An Ancient Village Celebration of Tradition and Fun
A beloved local festival filled with traditional spirit and joyful moments: religious events, local delicacies, bocce tournaments, and much more. The highlight is the Palio dei Musati, held on Monday evening, where eight riders on donkeys race through the village streets in a lively competition.

5:00 PM – Procession of the Madonna del Carmine through the village streets

From the morning – Traditional bocce challenge between the “Grisoni” and “Pranovi” teams
From the morning – Children's entertainment with the Donkeybus by Dalaip dei Pape in Brolo and the historic center
From 6:30 PM – Food stands and live music in the village center
10:00 PM – The most anticipated event: Palio dei Musati. Eight donkeys and their jockeys, each representing a municipality of Primiero, parade and race through the historic streets of Mezzano!
