Piccole Colonne in concert
Christmas concert performed by the Trentino boys' choir directed by Adalberta Brunelli
The "Piccole Colonne" are a beautiful choral group from Trentino made up of children between the ages of 7 and 14. In more than thirty years of activity, they have gained a prominent place in the panorama of youth choral singing, thanks to the organisation of the international competition "Un Testo per noi" (A Text for Us). Through the singing competition, aimed at primary schools with an invitation to realise a song text in class and with group work, every two years the association produces, records and publishes new songs for the choir, created on the texts of the winners. Since its inception, the choir has participated in more than 1,000 concerts and recorded 40 new recordings in collaboration with great musicians such as Al Bano, Toto Cutugno, Franco Fasano, Beppe Carletti, Mino Reitano, Paolo Baldan Bembo, Memo Remigi, Alterisio Paoletti, Maurizio Piccoli, Sandro Comini, Lodovico Saccol and Francesco Salvi.
Thursday 28 December at 9 p.m. in the parish oratory theatre of the Pozza (near the church). Free admission.
