Golf Club Folgaria

Considered the crowning jewel of the Folgaria, Lavarone and Luserna plateaus, Golf Club Folgaria is located in the splendid Costa basin, at an altitude of 1,200 metres. It is an 18-hole, Par 72 course that sprawls over 5,472 square metres of lawn. The course itself is surrounded by meadows and forests: it leads from Maso Spilzi to Malga Schwenter, passing by the Ecken biotope, a stunning protected area of natural interest which can be reached by a pleasant walking trail that skirts the golf course.
The route, which has the technical classification of “not difficult”, is a busy one and stretches across the same slopes which delight skiers from the ski school during winter.
The first public golf course in Trentino, the Golf Club is now also the only course in the Region where you can try footgolf. A special 9-hole course has been constructed for this increasingly popular sport.
Various membership options and reduced short-term fees are available for visitors; guests at partnered hotels can enjoy discounted green fees.
The Club House, which offers a bar and restaurant, is located within Maso Spilzi, a country manor dating back to 1700.
