Easy high altitude hike from Ciampedie to Gardeccia with learning Nordic walking technique
Nordic walking is a gentle, rejuvenating outdoor activity, perfect for improving endurance, posture and muscle tone without putting strain on the joints. Every Monday, surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Catinaccio, you will learn the correct technique for walking with poles, guided by one of our expert guides. You will immediately put what you have learned into practice with an easy hike along the Forest Trail, which takes about three hours to reach Gardeccia. Here, the experience is enriched with a moment of wellness: a natural hydrotherapy course, immersing your feet in the crystal clear water of the stream that flows down from the limestone rocks of the Vaiolet Valley. Walking barefoot on the stones, surrounded by the sounds of nature, offers immediate therapeutic relief and a feeling of deep balance. The unique scenery of the Dolomites provides the backdrop, where the well-being of the body blends with the harmony of the soul and the breath of the mountains.
Meeting point: every Monday at 9.30 a.m. by the top station of the Catinaccio cable car in Vigo.
Price: free activity, organised by "Impianti a Fune Catinaccio" lift company, included in the Panorama Pass, the Dolomiti Supersummer pass or with a valid lift ticket. Registration not required. Clothes and shoes suitable for mountain excursions are required. In case of bad weather, the activity will be cancelled.
