Guided walk through the farmhouses and meadows in the heart of Sagron Mis, with tastings of local delicacies and a revival of ancient crafts.

Program: 
 

• Meeting at 8:30 AM at the parking lot near the amphitheater in Sagron (near Chalet Giasenei). A tour through the village where, over the past three years, the Pro Loco has been dedicated to beautifying the area with works from the Lapis event participants. The vibrant murals on the villagers' houses and the traveling exhibition "Metamorphosis" are a warm welcome to Sagron Mis.
   
• Itinerary:
  
  Stop 1: The walk continues just outside the village to the first stop: breakfast at Carla and Valentino’s farmhouse! Although the view alone would be satisfying, you’ll also find homemade pastries and coffee ‘as it used to be’.
  
  Stop 2: The next stop takes you further out of the village, a perfect spot to admire the two hamlets, Sagron and Mis, from above! Here, another table awaits with local savory dishes: ‘el caldrol’ with polenta, local cured meats, cheeses from the Primiero dairy… and surely a good glass of wine!
  
  Stop 3: Continue and climb a bit more to the Rinsi area, where you’ll see a demonstration of how wood is used to make a fountain, or rather ‘en naf’. All accompanied by a refreshing aperitif!
  
  Stop 4: You’ll then arrive at Casère to enjoy a viewpoint that is unmatched in Sagron: the view rewards the climb. To finish sweetly, there will be sweet fritters with apples and fresh mint! Next, the story of the haymaking will be told and demonstrated, just as the grandparents used to do on grassy slopes. The absolute star is the ‘falz’!
  
  Stop 5: It’s time to head back, and on the way down you’ll meet Gloria, a young woman who, with her passion for her land, decided to stay in Sagron and build something of her own that allows her to combine life, work, and nature! Tireless bees, exquisite honey, and adorable alpacas will be the stories she shares!
  
  Stop 6: Gradually, you’ll approach Sagron again, but before saying goodbye, there is one last stop. Sagron, like other nearby villages, has its roots in chair-making: the ‘careghete’ were once husbands, sons, and companions who left home to find work elsewhere as chair makers! Some skilled hands still work in this field, continuing a tradition remembered by the older generations and recounted by the younger ones! Here, there will be a small tasting of homemade grappas, herbal teas prepared with herbs, flowers, and spices, and artisanal beer with sweet ‘foi frit’ made by local women!
