Giardino botanico di Passo Coe

The Botanic Gardens of Coe Pass are located at 1,600 m a.s.l., near Coe Pass at the foot of Mount Marònia.

Giardino Botanico di Passo Coe

The gardens are owned by the Municipality of Folgaria, and are managed by the Civic Museum of Rovereto. They are a real treasure trove of natural wonders, by a breathtaking Alpine landscape. The garden houses local plants only, scattered along a number of trails, where visitors can enjoy a stroll following sign-posted pastures, geomorphologic phenomena - such as the collapse dolines - as well as giant anthills, Alpine pools and any other feature an Alpine environment may boast. The gardens houses a logistical centre acting as a hub for various themed trails: Sentiero Carreggiato, Sentiero della Pozza Alpina, Sentiero del Bosco and Sentiero del Pascolo.
