- From 7:30 PM: Traditional food stands featuring a typical dish: polenta, sausage, melted cheese, beans, cabbage, and homemade desserts cooked along the village streets. Live music by Alpen Brüder
- From 8:30 PM:Historical reenactment of old-time trades and traditional knowledge.
A delightful evening to discover ancient flavors and crafts, in the enchanting setting of the village of Ormanico.
