Guided trek on the Pradi Loop, one of the trails that make up the Vanoi Ethnographic Trail. This thematic loop winds through ancient paths, meadows, and woods, allowing you to discover a way of life based on the necessity of moving from the valley floor to the mid-altitude "pradi," following nature and the seasons. Accompanied by a guide, you will visit casère and tabiàdi, buildings where village families used to stay during the spring and summer to handle hay storage, cheese production, and more. The activity includes an exclusive experience: a visit to the Masi de Tognola village, an example of a traditional mid-altitude settlement that has preserved its original form, becoming a real open-air museum. The tour continues with a visit to the Siega de Valzanca, a historic Venetian sawmill recently restored. The experience will conclude with a tasty snack at Bar alla Siega, featuring tastings of local typical products.
Technical details of the route: 3.5 km in length, approximately 250 m of total elevation gain, 2 hours of walking overall. The trek involves mountain paths not accessible by strollers (even three-wheeled ones); children can only be carried with a suitable backpack if they are not walking independently.
