Saturday, July 26 the Pro Loco and local associations invite you to La Zena da Bosentin a Migazzon!
An evening of taste, tradition, and music in the charming setting of Bosentino.
Evening Menu:
Starter:
• Potato pancake with cured beef (carne salada) and flakes of Grana cheese
Main Course:
• Storo polenta with aromatic herbs
• Beef goulash
• Honey-glazed pork rib
• Savoy cabbage with stewed pancetta
Dessert:
• Spoon dessert
Drinks:
• ¼ liter of wine and water included
Children's Menu:
• Bolognese lasagna
• Chicken bites with potatoes
