Ready to set sail? Here's what to know before toasting on board:- Everything you need is on board: you don’t need to bring anything for the aperitif, but we recommend light-soled shoes and a windbreaker jacket;
- The menu, curated by Locanda 53, includes six small bites inspired by local traditions:
- FROM MOUNTAIN HUT TO SAILBOAT: Storo polenta chips with smoked salt
- A REVISITED CLASSIC: Mini hamburgers of carne salada tartare, caramelised onions and horseradish mayonnaise
- TRENTINO PANZANELLA: Bread, fermented lemon, basil and marinated trout
- IT’S NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE: Monte Baldo herb mantecato cheese with Garda oil crackers
- FROM TRENTINO WITH PASSION: Tramezzino with Comano cheese, apples and walnuts
- A FINALE WITH TASTE: Thousand leaves of Trentino apples and "fregalotta" cake with polenta and almonds
