You will have the opportunity to get in touch with Nature, in a dimension of total mental and physical relaxation. Thanks to forest bathing, also known as Shinrin Yoku, you will be able to reduce stress and strengthen your body using the 5 senses to enjoy the beneficial properties of the forest. During the activity, a series of practical and dynamic exercises are proposed that encourage us to relate to the forest and its elements, not only through the main senses (sight, hearing, touch, smell), but also involving our authentic sensations, in order to create a space of resonance between the silence of the forest and ours.
