EXPERIENCE FOR BEGINNERS: WALK ALONG THE SARCA RIVER
Get in the saddle for a one-hour horseback ride through the landscapes of Garda Trentino!
The appointment is in Bolognano-Vignole, at the Calzà Performance Horses equestrian centre, in the province of Trento.
The activity begins with a brief explanation by the equestrian guide on the basic notions of being in the saddle and getting in tune with our horse; once the briefing is over we will leave the riding school and head along paths surrounded by greenery, along the Sarca river. The 5 km route will include short stretches on asphalt and other dirt roads at a walking pace. The guide will accompany us on horseback or on foot, depending on the age and experience level of the participants. We will cross apple orchards, olive groves and vineyards, entering into direct
connection with an uncontaminated environment. Those who feel up to it and depending on the conditions of the river will be able to travel a short distance in the water. At the end of the walk we will return to the riding stables.
The duration of the activity will be approximately one hour.
The activity is suitable for everyone, ideal for beginners, and the minimum age is 8 years.
Minors can participate in the walk alone, but must be accompanied by an adult at the riding stables.
The maximum weight allowed is 120 kg

WALK WITH A VIEW OF LAKE GARDA
An enchanting walk overlooking the lake!
On this hour and a half horseback excursion, you will start from Arco and go up the Strada Vecchia di Nago-Torbole to a viewpoint from which you can admire Lake Garda. Once the usual introductions have been made, the equestrian guide will give a 10-minute briefing for getting into the saddle and a review of the main commands. Once finished, we will be able to proceed along the Strada Vecchia di Nago-Torbole on an almost completely unpaved route, between climbs and somewhat exposed passages along the side of a mountain. The arrival point of our excursion will be a viewpoint located near a car park, from which we will be able to admire Lake Garda in all its magnificence.
The activity will last an hour and a half in total.
The horseback ride is aimed at those who have minimal riding experience and knowledge of walking and trotting.
The minimum age to participate is 10 years. Minors can take part in the excursion alone, but must be accompanied to the riding stables by an adult.
The expected weight limit is 120 kg
