The soul of nature
Discovering the nature of the Dolomites through Manuel Bernard's shots
The young and passionate photographer Manuel Bernard accompanies us to discover the wonderful nature of Val di Fassa. For some years now, he has been one of the Supporters of the UNESCO Dolomites Foundation: a team of professionals or simple photography enthusiasts, capable of grinding out high altitude descents, facing long ambushes to capture the movement of a wild animal, patiently waiting for the right light of dawns, sunsets or starry nights, to give, to those who cannot experience them first hand, the emotions that only our mountains can offer. The selected shots, projected on a maxi screen, tell of the variety of habitats, from alpine prairies to perennial snowfields, of plant and animal species that populate the forests. It is no coincidence that the discovery of the Pale Mountains in the second half of the 19th century was by geologists, botanists and mountaineers.
Thursday 21 July at 9.15 p.m. at the square "Piaz J.B. Massar". In case of bad weather at the events pavilion opposite the Hotel Vael. Free admission.
