In the enchanting setting of the "Mulini" (Mills) and "Colmel" di Ronco Cainari, a grand and captivating celebration awaits with the refined cuisine of Ronco, music, and nature.
Program
- 9:30 AM: For those interested, meeting at the Cainari Square for a walk to Capitel de la Fratta, a beautiful route with panoramic views of the Vanoi Valley.
Meeting point at Ronco Cainari Square - From 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Explanation of milling and the "Sorc" (cornmeal) production process at the Cainari Mills.
- Around 12:30 PM: Grand "Sorc" lunch at the Ronco Cainari Mills, featuring a sophisticated menu based on cornmeal, accompanied by the Castello Tesino Folk Group.
- Followed by: Performance and show by the Castello Tesino Folk Group and a workshop for children and families.
