Enrosadira Time - Sunset in the hut
A walk through the scents and silence of the forest, followed by an outdoor snack with a delicious picnic basket, to be enjoyed in front of the Agritur Ciasa dò Paré hut as the day gives way to sunset
The end of a day spent skiing, walking or snowshoeing becomes the perfect moment to relax and be enchanted by the magic of nature. It is precisely at this juncture that the Ladins celebrate the "Enrosadira", a unique spectacle in which the Dolomites, kissed by the sun's rays at sunrise and sunset, are tinged with extraordinary colours: from orange to pink to deep red. A phenomenon that deserves to be experienced from a privileged position, perhaps accompanied by something delicious to taste. From this idea comes "Enrosadira Time", a special initiative that, until the end of March, invites you to experience the warm welcome of the valley's agritourisms, mountain diaries, mountain huts and hotels as the sun goes down. Here, the managers will not only show you the best spots to admire the sunset, but will also surprise you with sweet or savoury gastronomic specialities, to be savoured with a steaming herbal tea, a glass of Trentino wine or a craft beer from the mountains. An unmissable opportunity to combine the pleasure of the senses with that of nature.
The "Enrosadira Time" experience can be tried at the Agritur Ciasa dò Paré in Soraga every afternoon.
Programme
- You can arrive at the farmhouse comfortably by car. Here, Aurora and Alessandro will give you everything you need to experience the sunset in the most romantic way possible. Once you have picked up your basket to enjoy a snack of the farm's best products, head on foot to the hamlet of 'Parlaut' until you reach the small wooden hut of the Agritur Ciasa dò Paré, surrounded by snow-covered meadows but with a truly breathtaking view. Sit with your back against the wooden planks, curl up in the warm plaid and wait for the sunset. The view sweeps from Latemar to Ciampedie, from Sasso Piatto to Sassolungo: it will be love at first sight!
- What to taste: once you arrive at the hut, open the basket that Alessandro and Aurora have given you. Inside you'll find a nice board with delicious homemade cheeses, tasty cold cuts, homemade bread and mostarda. All this together with a bottle of wine or a thermos with a warm mountain herb tea from Azienda Agricola Fiores.
