Sass Pordoi 2950 - High-Altitude Flavours
An exclusive sunset aperitif with cheese, cold cuts and products from Val di Fassa to be enjoyed on one of the most spectacular natural terraces in the Dolomites
Getting on the roof of the Dolomites, to the 2950 m altitude of Sass Pordoi, to enjoy not only a panorama that will leave you breathless, but also a tasty "farm-to-table" aperitif.
Programme: the protagonists of the high altitude appointment are the "Mèlga de Fascia’s" cheeses, "Felicetti Speck" cold cuts and meats, the special fragrances and scents of "N'Outa", and the tasty "La Trentina" apples, paired with "Mezzacorona" Trentino wines and "Rotari Trentodoc" mountain bubbles, with live narration by the producers. The Rifugio Maria will combine everything with an auteur proposal 100% made in Val di Fassa, also available in the for kids version. For inveterate cheese lovers or for those who want to learn something more about the excellent local cheeses, a fun "Cheese Quiz" at the table with a final prize. The location? Definitely one of the TOP10 in the Dolomites. An exclusive place where, if you are lucky, you can admire a 360° sunset over the most famous UNESCO peaks: from the Sella to the Marmolada.
