The first Italian retrospective on a great master of Italian painting. 75 paintings divided in 9 different moments narrate the whole creativity path of the artist Beppe Devalle, including the more recent unreleased production. The  of Rovereto dedicates a retrospective to  (Torino, 1940 – Milano, 2013), painter and teacher before the Albertine Academy of Turin, and then at the Brera Academy in Milan. Between the great masters of the Italian contemporary painting, Beppe Devalle looked carefully at the history of art, to find a new communicative strength. The exhibition is divided in or periods, all of the are displayed in the rooms of : Through the paintings, the collage and the wide format works, the photomontage, the environments and most of all the portraits, fascinated by the protagonists pf the spectacle, of politics and information, Devalle observes the seductive characteristics of the . The echibition is a choral project cured by an , formed by scholars that met and worked with Devalle: Carlo Bertelli, Paolo Biscottini, Barbara Cinelli, Flavio Fergonzi, Daniela Ferrari, Maria Mimita Lamberti, Sandra Pinto, Giovanni Romano, Dario Trento, Alessandro Taiana. The group was sustained by the precious coordination of and, respectively wife and daughter of the artist.
