The Gran Festa del Desmontegar was born from the desire of the Primiero breeders to share their world, filled with simplicity and great passion.
Livestock farming, once an essential element for subsistence, has always been an important part of the valley's economy.
During the Cattle Show Competition, the breeders from Primiero and Vanoi bring their most beautiful cows to the square.
Here, you'll find not only cows and calves, but also impressive Noric horses and sweet Haflinger horses.
The show is especially suitable for children, who can see the animals up close and listen to the stories of the breeders who have turned their love for animal husbandry into a profession.
