Evening meditation session to focus on the moment and relax the mind
Irene Deflorian guides a practice centred on awareness of personal present experience. In particular, mindfulness invites one to observe one's own experience with curiosity, with an open and non-judgmental attitude. The English term means "awareness" and represents the core of this meditative practice: paying attention "moment by moment" to what is happening. Mindfulness is derived directly from Eastern meditative practices.
Programme:
- 5:45 p.m. - meeting point at the Olympic Spa Hotel in Vigo
- 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - group activity
