Lavarone Christmas Market – A Journey Through Lights, Scents, and Traditions
From 29 November 2025, the Lavarone Christmas Market returns for its fourth edition, set in the enchanting historic center of Bertoldi veci, in the heart of the Alpe Cimbra, Trentino.
A fairytale location where time seems to have stopped, and every corner tells ancient stories, preserved among stone walls and old archways that once sheltered rural life.

A Village Dressed for Christmas
The hamlet of Bertoldi Veci turns into an open-air nativity scene: soft lights, wooden stalls, cobbled lanes, and ancient “volti” (archways) decorated for the season. Dozens of exhibitors will offer local crafts, typical Trentino products, and unique gift ideas: Christmas tree decorations, handmade wooden creations, artistic ceramics, jewellery, and alpine delicacies.
As they stroll among the stalls, visitors will be embraced by the aroma of mulled wine, cinnamon, and freshly baked strudel, as well as enjoy hot strauben, steaming canederli, creamy polenta, Christmas sweets, and hot chocolate.

Every day is enriched with events that celebrate the spirit of Christmas, alpine traditions, and Cimbrian culture, offering moments of togetherness, music, and joy.
