Join us for an unforgettable evening at Rifugio La Roda, located at 2125 metres on Cima Paganella.
On Tuesday 20 August at 17:30, we will meet at the start of the ski lift, ready for an exciting journey into the sky.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome glass, kicking off an evening of pure magic.
Our exclusive event, open only for the occasion, will offer you a four-course gourmet dinner, each dish accompanied by fine glasses of champagne and TrentoDoc:
- Polenta, Casolet and truffle oil, paired with Cremant de Limoux Rosé N7
- Potato and black bean gnocchi with fish ragout, accompanied by Champagne Auguste Huiban Blanc de Noirs Brut
- Carne Salada and Fai sauerkraut, served with Trentodoc Maso Martis Nature 2021
- Milk chocolate ingot with berry coulis, together with Sfulmini
During the evening, the musical duo will enliven the atmosphere with their music, making every moment even more special.
For the little ones, there will be a kids' club service with a dedicated menu including pasta, schnitzel and ice cream, so that parents can also enjoy the experience.
The descent is scheduled for 20:45, with the lift reserved exclusively for you.

The cost of the event is €80 per person, with a minimum of 30 participants.
For children up to 12 years the cost is €45 with the dedicated menu.
