The Park Hotel Azalea offers security to its guests even in this period.
There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code. Despite this, we agree to the new conditions and cancellation policy below. This is so that our guests can plan their holiday with more peace of mind and security.
1) Special cancellation conditions for stays at Park Hotel Azalea until 30th June 2020.
You can move or cancel in writing the trip booked with date of stay by 30th June 2020 until 48 hours prior to arrival. The deposit already paid is automatically converted into a voucher without expiration date and can be redeemed at any time later. In case of cancellations received after 48 hours prior to arrival, late arrival or early departure (as already provided in the previous cancellation conditions) 80% of the room cost will be charged, in case of no resale of the room.
2) Special cancellation conditions for stays at Park Hotel Azalea from 1st July until 17th October 2020.
You can move or cancel in writing the trip booked with date of stay from 1st July to 17th October 2020 until 10 days prior to arrival. The deposit already paid is converted into a voucher with no expiry date and can be redeemed at any time later. In case of cancellations received after 10 days prior to arrival, late arrival or early departure, 80% of the room cost, including breakfast will be charged in case of no resale of the room.
