The room is located in a very bright and recently renovated apartment. The room is independent, has an internal private bathroom, and is in a shared apartment with the owner. The kitchen and living room are not included, but you will have access to the shared balcony with a beautiful view of the Vallagarina and the Alps, where you can enjoy a coffee, tea, or an aperitif.

From the A22 motorway (Modena–Brenner): exit at the Rovereto Sud – Lago di Garda Nord toll booth.

After the toll booth, follow the signs for Rovereto city center (about 6 km).

Upon entering the city, continue along the SS12 (Viale Caproni Maini / Viale Trento).

Number 37/D is located along Viale Trento, one of the main streets connecting the southern area with downtown Rovereto.

Get off at the Rovereto train station (Verona–Brenner line).

From the station, it’s about a 15–20 minute walk (1.5 km): exit onto Corso Rosmini, continue towards Viale Trento and reach number 37/D.
