The apartment is located at the Residence La Cigolera and overlooks the Plank pond, nestled in the woods, with the beautiful S. Martino peaks above. It is 150 meters from the center (3 minutes on foot), in front of the skibus stop. The accommodation is situated on the second floor and is immersed in the silence of the mountains and nature. It consists of approximately 40 square meters, divided as follows: a spacious living room with a terrace (overlooking the pond) with a double sofa bed that is easily convertible (ample for 2 people), a bedroom with a terrace (overlooking the pond) with a bunk bed and a third pull-out bed, 1 kitchenette with an extractor hood, 1 hallway, and a bathroom with a shower box + reserved parking space and a basement with ski storage and boot storage. The condition of the apartment is excellent, with custom wooden furniture that makes it very functional and welcoming. It is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, and hairdryer. The heating is centralized and occurs via radiators. However, it is possible to add, for those who wish, the forced ventilation (as a supplementary heating solution in very cold periods) via a knob located inside the apartment (not centralized). The cost is 1 euro for each increment of the counter corresponding to one hour of additional heating. The calculation, in case of use, is done by measuring the counter at the guest's arrival and at their departure at the end of the stay. The residence also has a shared recreational room. The caretaker of the residence welcomes guests upon arrival and shows them the apartment. Additionally, she is available throughout the duration of the stay in case of need. She can be contacted via intercom from inside the apartment. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the guests and must be carried out, for a fee, by the caretaker of the residence, to ensure that guests always find the apartment clean on their arrival. The price must be agreed directly with the caretaker and depends on the condition in which she finds it before the guests' departure. House linens (sheets, towels), toilet paper, detergents, and kitchen cloths are not included and must be brought by the tenants. Free internet connection is available through the reception office.
