Conditions
The price includes: light, hot water, heating, air conditioning, bike storage, private parking (1 per apartment), use of sunbeds and the swimming pool, heated from April to October, use of the gym and the microfiltered water dispenser (mandatory disposal of waste and cleaning of dishes + kitchenette at the customer's expense, penalty Euro 100.00).
We do not accept pets.
Bed linens and towels included.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments and in common indoor areas.

Departures: We kindly ask our guests to return the apartment in order (without trash and with the dishes washed) and in the same condition it was delivered by 10.00 AM on the day of departure.
