Wine Hotel, framed in the magical chain of the Dolomites, recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO on June 26, 2009, is located at the foot of Col Rodella, a few hundred meters from the cable car of the same name and the town square. Open all year round, come and be tempted by our cuisine and our specialties, or simply to taste excellent wine. Our rooms are simple but well-finished with furnishings in fir wood, they are distributed on three levels, ground, first and second attic, while the reception, restaurant and bar are on the floor below the rooms on the ground floor overlooking our outdoor area which overlooking the Avisio stream and directly on the pedestrian path to Canazei and 190 meters from the Col Rodella cable car.

Hello, I'm Stefano. I was born in Umbria and lived in the Castelli Romani, before moving to Milan, Prato, and Bologna. I will be your chef. Since I was a child, I have always followed my mother Simonetta and my grandmother Marcella in the kitchen, and as an adult, I realized my dream by opening the catering company “Grano & Melograno Fantasia in Cucina S.r.l.”, based in Florence. My skills are humility and experimentation, particularly with pasta and desserts. My specialties are the sweets that please all palates at the end of the meal.
Hello, I'm Davide. I was born and raised in Bologna. I have always had a passion for cooking simple and tasty dishes with typical flavors, and my strong suit is Emilia-Romagna cuisine, as well as the traditions of Trentino and South Tyrol. I assist Stefano in the kitchen. I am also a graduate of the Italian Sommelier Association, and it will be a pleasure to tell you about, explain, and recommend the most suitable wine to enjoy and taste, so that the journey between smell and taste is perfectly harmonious.
