This old renovated farmhouse is located in the historic center between Palazzo Baisi and the Church of San Bartolomeo; the structure is typically Trentino with multiple levels, featuring an internal courtyard and a part overlooking the splendid Botanical Garden of the town.
Villa Monica consists of several carefully furnished apartments using local materials that can accommodate from 4 to 6 people, all interconnected through the old wooden walkways. The wooden fixtures have been painted in Brentonico green, a color derived from the mines located near Brentonico.

The rich breakfast with typical products from Monte Baldo includes homemade jams and cakes, organic herbal teas from Maso Giomo, and homemade treats. All meticulously prepared by the owner.

Defined since 1500 as "Hortus Italiae" for its rich flora that still offers splendid blooms in May/June, this place has recently become a Local Park to safeguard a unique territory, still wild in some areas.
Crossed by the "Sentiero della Pace", it boasts the remnants of important yellow marble mines and the legendary "Brentonico green". Its millenary configuration and its uniqueness of stretching from north to south provide a mild Mediterranean climate, ventilated by the breezes from Lake Garda.
You can also take advantage of a ski deposit and a small garage for bicycles and motorcycles.

The Anemone is a two-room apartment of 34 square meters, with 2 + 2 beds (double bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room), bathroom and large kitchen / living room. The apartment, which is located on the first floor, overlooks the church square and does not directly have a balcony but at the back you can use the connecting balcony of the apartments. The kitchen floor is in tiles while in the bedroom there is a wooden parquet.
The apartment is complete with 4-burner gas, extractor hood, crockery, a small fridge, tablecloth, tea towels, sheets and pillowcases, towels and bathroom kits. The dressing room is equipped with a large wardrobe and the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
