The Place specializes in offering short-term stays for those who wish to have an unforgettable experience in the heart of Trento, also ideal for those who need to travel for business. The Place is strategically located in the historic center of Trento, overlooking two of the city's main streets, Oriola and Mantova, just a short walk from Piazza del Duomo. This central location allows our guests to fully immerse themselves in the true essence of the city, allowing them to admire the local beauty while enjoying a welcoming atmosphere. It is not only the location that makes The Place unique, but also its fascinating history. The recently renovated facility is located inside the prestigious Moncher Palace, once the residence of Guido Moncher, aviation pioneer and inventor of the helicopter. We strongly believe in the automation of services; in fact, our facility is designed to provide guests with maximum privacy, security, autonomy and flexibility of access. We have chosen state-of-the-art technologies of online self check-in and smart door opening for an entrance reserved exclusively for guests of The Place. BY CAR.
The Place is located within the Limited Traffic Zone, so it cannot be reached directly by car.
To unload your luggage you can lean on the Europa garage, shown in the map below, which will manage your license plate for transit in the ZTL zone. Be careful, check the opening hours at the following link, before entering the ZTL www.autorimessaeuropa.it. From this parking lot you will be able to comfortably reach the facility within a 1-minute walk. The Europa Garage also offers secure parking for motorcycles, bicycles, and e-bikes (with free 2-hour charging). For daily stops, the garage offers an agreement price with our facility.
The other closest parking lot is at Piazza Fiera, less than a 10-minute walk away.
