The area offers numerous outdoor activities for all seasons, nearby ski slopes, hiking and cycling trails
The apartment is a second floor on a mezzanine, with independent access. As you can see from the photos it is brand new and perfectly equipped, equipped with all appliances. Under the house there is a private parking space. At 100 meters the stop of the tourist bus for all the towns in the valley and also of the scheduled bus for Cavalese-Trento. In front of the house, immediately after a small bridge over the Avisio there is the park. The center is 500 meters away, all flat. The supermarket and a takeaway pizzeria are 300 meters away in the opposite direction to the center. Next to the house there is a hotel where breakfast and the wellness center are available on request (for the hotel services at the beginning of each new season we have to ask for confirmation, for example until last summer there was also restaurant service, but in this winter season the hotel no longer has dinner). Linen available in the apartment.

Conditions
To complete your reservation, we ask you to pay 30% of the amount of your stay by bank transfer. The balance is paid upon entry into the apartment. The reservation therefore does not require a full payment in advance (if the guest does not arrive at the apartment, the remaining amount of the stay is not due), but does not provide for the possibility of reimbursement of the deposit for cancellation.
However, it is always in our interest to protect the guest as well, so in case of cancellation, if we have the time and the opportunity to rebook the week, we will return the deposit withholding only any costs for the rebooking (if there are, for example, last minute discounts or commissions).
There is a deposit of € 250 to be sent by bank transfer at the entrance which will be returned at check out
