Current Information
The establishment is family-run and generally operates on a seasonal basis.
Towards the end of 2019, our family decided to renovate an old house purchased years earlier. The long-held dream was to create a small Bed & Breakfast tailored to the family and easily manageable.
So, after various projects and years of construction, in July 2021, our Suite Rooms & Breakfast Fontanella was born from the complete renovation of the old house from the late 1700s. The structure has 8 suites with all the comforts.
Suite Rooms & Breakfast Fontanella offers you a spacious bar-lounge where you can spend moments of sharing or enjoy aperitifs.
At your disposal is a free parking area with three parking spaces in front of the building and five additional parking spaces thirty meters from the property.
There is also a technical room available for storing sports equipment and private parking for motorcycles and bikes.

Conditions
Within our structure, we ask you to respect some simple and banal conditions and rules: inside our rooms it is forbidden to smoke:
- this allows not to ruin the furniture and the natural scent of wood. Of course, each balcony is equipped with a special ashtray;
- silence must be respected between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am;
- guests under the age of 18 can only check in if accompanied or in possession of specific authorization from a parent or legal guardian;
We also inform you that our rooms are not equipped to accept animals. The check-in time is from 14:00 while the room must be vacated by 11:00.

Arrival
From the A22 Brennero motorway:
- coming from the south: exit at Trento Sud, take the ring road following the signs for Padua and exit following the signs for Riva del Garda. Once in Sarche, turn right towards Andalo/Molveno. Arrived at the roundabout before the Ponte dei Servi, follow signs for San Lorenzo in Banale. Once in the village, turn right at the third hairpin bend and immediately on the left is the reserved parking area. We are at 50 meters.
- coming from the north: exit the San Michele all'Adige tollbooth, turn right onto state road 43 until after the town of Mezzolombardo and at the first crossroads take a left towards Fai della Paganella (SP 237). After the towns of Andalo and Molveno you arrive at San Lorenzo Dorsino, turn left at the first hairpin bend and immediately on the left is the reserved parking area. We are at 50 meters.

Our Junior Suite has been designed to offer guests both a living area with sitting area and sofa and a large balcony from which they can observe the Brenta Dolomites. The room is furnished in oak for the floor and natural fir for the furnishings and coverings. The room is soundproofed to offer you maximum silence. The sleeping area is equipped with a King Size memory foam bed. This room offers a large bathroom with spacious shower, toilet and bidet.
