After a day spent at the wonderful beach of Riva del Garda or after doing some sport or taking part in cultural events you come back to your Residence Paradise where you can have a rest in the tidy garden, a chat with the Azzolini's, a delicious dinner or a romantic drink on your balcony or terrace. That makes every day different and unforgettable. After a couple of days you feel at your ease and among friends. The new built Residence Paradise is a family business, situated in a sunny position near the beach of Lake Garda (ca. 200 mts.), near the Yacht Club Fraglia della Vela di Riva and the S.Nicolò harbour (ca. 500 mts.) and the old city-centre of Riva (ca. 700 mts). You can also reach the centre walking along the beach of the lake. Furthermore Residence Paradise is not situated on the main road even it is very close to the most charming spots of Riva del Garda.

Electricity, water, final-cleaning (if you do it on your own), 1 hour tennis per week at our residence Filanda, free entry to the pool direct at our Residence Paradise (also with children pool and whirlpool), deck-chairs, sun-loungers, balcony or terrace, deposit for bikes and surf-boards under video surveillance, SAT-TV, parking-area, garage, city-bikes, bread service and Guest card Trentino are included in the price.
Extra fees:
- the linen and the towels can be brought with or you can be rent from us (Euro 11,00 per person and change)
- the final cleaning can either be done by the guest or we can do it (this costs Euro 40,00)
- the city tax costs 1,50 euro per day and per person and it should be paid in cash at the Residence.
N.B.: Our apartments aren't equipped with air conditioning.
