The residence is located in a quite and residential area. There are 12 apartments of various tipology, single room apartment for 2 persons, double room apartment for 4 persons and three room apartments for 6 pesons.
Every apartment has a little kitchen with electric plate, fridge and washing machine. In the living room there is sat TV and Telephon. All bathrooms have shower and hair dryer.We have a wellness center with sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath and tropical shower, and one common room with TV, toys and wi-fi.

Our, two-rooms apartaments are ideal for families or group of freinds, they are composed of a bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds, living area with sofa bed or hideaway bed, small kitchen, bathroom and balcony, with visible wooden beams perfect for lovers of wood and mountain.
