Current Information

We apply differennt order of prices according to apartment typology, stay period and number of person. We go from € 500 to € 1000 per week for the summer season and from € 600 to € 1300 per week in the winter season

Given prices incluedes all expenses: hot water, electricity, Wi-Fi, sheets, towels and final cleaning.

The tourist tax currently equal to € 1.50 per day per person (children up to 14 years free) must always be added to the agreed price.

Ciasa Pollam is in a central position and at the same time in a very quiet area.

We are within walking distance of all shops and services, very close to the Catinaccio cable car, the library, the playground, minigolf and supermarket as well as the main bus and ski bus stop

The three apartments of the house consist of a living area with open kitchen, one or two bedrooms, bathroom and hallways.

All apartments have a terrace and are equipped with WI-FI, satellite TV, gas and / or ceramic hobs, electric oven or microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, hairdryer, electric broom, iron and ironing board, dishes, pots and everything you need for the kitchen.

To meet the needs of those who suffer from allergies or are uncomfortable with the presence of animals, we cannot welcome your dogs here, which we are happy to host at Ciasa de la Fontanela.

From the cross-country road >> at the new San Giovanni roundabout take the second exit towards Passo Costalunga - at the roundabout go straight and shortly after the tunnel turn right following the signs for Vigo Centro - go straight on along Strada Rezia and then onto Strada Roma until you reach the house on your right where the Pollam Goldsmith is

From the Costalunga pass >> follow the signs for Vigo Centro - upon entering Vigo, continue straight on the Rezia road and then on the Roma road until you reach the house on your right where the Pollam Goldsmith is
