The apartment is located in a panoramic and quiet area, just a 5 minutes walk from the town centre and about 4 Km away from the closest skiing facilities.
The apartment is spacious and bright, there are three bedrooms (6 beds, with the possibility of adding another bed or a crib ), a full bathroom and a half bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a storage room and a big balcony. There's also a private parking for 2 cars and a garden.
Check-in can be done after 2 p.m. and check-out by 10 a.m. The owner of the apartment will let you in, or you can self check-in by getting the keis from the kei box just outside the front door of the house. The code for the kei box will be sent the day before your arrival.
The apartment can be rented preferably for at least one week, but during the months of May, September, October and November it can be rented just for the weekend or 3/4 days.
The deposit you need to pay in advance will be the 30% of the entire total sum agreed, while the rest of the sum must be paid by 2 days prior to your arrival.
